I find this plan to be very useful for a family that uses the phone moderately. It would be most useful to those who also have house lines. The convenience of being able to call the company whenever you have questions or concerns is excellent. My complaints would be that every so often my phone will not have service, and I will not be able to make a phone call for up to a minute. The internet runs extremely fast on the phone, and it is simple to use. I feel as if I got my money's worth and more with this plan.

Make sure you know exactly what you are getting, because sometimes you can encounter a fee that you were unaware of. Be assertive, and do not let salespeople force you into a plan you do not need or want.
