Description of service

I recently switched cell phone companies to get a family share plan with my husband. We were able to get a plan with 700 shared minutes, free long distance, no roaming charges, free nights and weekends and unlimited calling to any 5 people we choose. This worked out well for us because we talk to people on many different networks. We also recieved handset insurance with our plan, and I got a text messaging package with 400 messages. The total for all of this is $80.00 a month. It is a good plan for us and gives us the flexibility we need.

Review of Service

From the moment we walked into the store we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful, yet not pushy sales person. He was able to get us the phones we wanted, the plan we wanted and get our new phones activated and working in about 20 minutes time. He explained everything to use that we needed to know and showed us how to use our phones,as well as their special features. I recieved a follow up call about a week later from the sales person just to ask us how we liked our new service.

Tips

Before you go into any store I would suggest looking on the websites of the different companies out there to see what they have available. You can look at the phones, the plans and contract terms. I would suggest figuring out beforehand what your approximate usage would be so that you are sure to get the best deal for you. Also talk to people you know to see who their provider is and how the service is where they live.
