Description of service
Our dog is walked twice a day. Once around 10 a.m. and secondly around 2 p.m. Our contract is for 30 minute walks but our walker regularly walks our dog for well over this amount of time. Our walker also gives our dog its pill at the 2 p.m. walking time. The walker also makes sure that our dog has fresh and clean food. Often, s/he stays later to play with our dog as he gets restless and lonely being home alone all day. We pay $20.00 per day, 3 days a week.
Review of Service
Great service. Friendly people. There are several different people who walk our dog and so far they've all been great - the one's we've met anyway. The only complaint I do have is that I wish we could get one dedicated walker. We are letting strangers come into our home when we're not there but really so far there have been no complaints. You'll be surprised by how much of a difference having a dog walker will make. Our dog is a lot more subdued and friendly when we get home now than when he was cooped up all day with no company. Definitely worth the money.
Tips
If you're considering hiring a dog walker I'd first make sure that the walker is reliable. Check references and make sure to get a contract in writing.
