Description of service
I took a regular, stretch limo to the airport with my boyfriend. We had made most of out arrangements online. The limo picked us up at his house, and took us to the airport.
Review of Service
We didn't talk with the company directly when making arrangements, most of it was done via internet. We only wanted the limo for about an hour or so, but they have a minimum limit of two hours, so we had to pay for time we weren't using it. The limo was about 20 mins late, but luckily we had told him to be there way earlier than we needed, so there was no rush. I thought that I could use this to negotiate the price down, or get some time of a refund after the ride, but no such luck. The driver was very apologetic and polite.
Tips
Make sure you check out the limo company's policies on lateness. Our company told us that there is something written in the form we filled out that they are not responsible for delays due to unforeseeable traffic. It was annoying, but there wasn't anything we could do about it. Also shop around online first, there are a lot of varying prices out there. For example, ours was a cheaper hourly rate, but then we found out they had a minimum time you had to pay for. We might have done better going with another company. Also some companies throw in perks, like free drinks or roses etc. Make sure you ask!
