Description of service
My husband and I took a limo from downtown Chicago to O'Hare for $43.00. The limo picked us up at our door, the driver took our bags and put them in the trunk and he dropped us off in front of our airline gate. After taxes and tip the total came to $60.00.
Review of Service
The driver was very prompt, showing up about 15 minutes before we'd asked but was fine with waiting while we finished getting every together. He was very professional and handled our bags with care. He took the fastest route and drove at an appropriate speed limit. The limo was clean and had beverages available although we didn't have any. I'm not sure if they would have been extra or were included in the price. He got us there in plenty of time and overall it was a great experience. Would definitely use again.
Tips
We really had a great trip. I'd say to probably do a little research online regarding which company you use. We saw only great reviews and added our own after our experience. One thing to keep in mind is that if you're considering a cab a limo is not much more (or wasn't in our experience anyway) and was a much better experience. There is a lot more accountability as with limo companies there's a lot more recourse if you have a bad experience. Our limo company guaranteed arrival in time. I would definitely recommend finding a company who offers this guarantee. It gave us peace of mind that we would be well taken care of.
