Description of service
I required a limo service from Boston Logan Airport to my home town. The cost of the car service and driver was One Hundred Dollars, also, a gratuity of twenty Dollars for the driver himself.
Review of Service
The initial contact with the car service was, courteous and informative, booking the service was quick and easy, and the staff I felt where polite and understood my needs.
The service was punctual on the agreed pickup times, and the driver was friendly and made me feel relaxed after a long plane journey. The car provided was clean and spacious and very comfortable.
I would have to say that with regard to failings of any kind, I would be hard pressed to find fault in the way the company performed, and would recommend the the company to anyone requiring such a service in the future.
The service in my opinion was of good value, and full marks for the way they conducted themselves at all times.
Tips
My advice to anyone who was seeking this type of service would be: to spend time doing your homework, and especially talk to other people you now who have used a similar service, I find that a recommendation is better than any advertising strategy, especially in the service industry.
I wish that I had known about this service in previous visits, which would have allowed me to plan my journeys better.
