Description of service
We had a leak in our bathroom that was coming from the people who lived above us. We were not covered by our association because they claimed we had not filled out a proper form so we had to foot the bill. The service included repairing the damage from the leak to include a portion of the ceiling being replaced and new paint. A vanity was also installed as the old one had been damaged.
Review of Service
The service was awesome! This guy came in and fixed the ceiling very quickly. He did a professional job and was polite. Going above and beyond was the name of this game, everything was done to the highest standard. Cleaned up behind himself too, didn't leave a mess all over the place like some people do! We are considering using him again to redo some work in our kitchen and were quoted a decent price!
Tips
If you have to hire a general contractor make sure they are licensed!! I cannot stress that enough. Then, have them show you the license AND a photo identification card. Many time people will borrow a buddy's license and no one thinks to ask to verify it against this persons ID. You can get in trouble if you don't get a licensed contractor.
