I feel the quality of service was ok.The house was already wired for a security system so it was not that hard or too much time to have it up and going.What was good was I was able to secure my family and felt more comfort in my home.i love the motion sensor too.The only thing I dislike was the installation did not cover the upstairs windows.which I though was strange.I am sure if would have cost me more money.The value I paid for the service was fair. I think it should have cost much less
