I have a mild case of psoriasis and i visited a dermatologist many times over a two year span to have my skin treated. The $125 is the basic office visit have can have any number of additional costs based on the severity of treatment. I had skin graft tests which determine which chemicals irritate my skin and went through a variety of creams and ointments.
Review of Service
The doctors and staff were outstanding. After a year of treatment the doctor was able to alleviate my irritation and control the psoriasis. Through a process of elimination he was able to find me a cream that controlled my skin from breaking out. He was very informative, always provided me with all the information on what i was going to be using, what it would be doing, and how it would be helping. If i was uncomfortable about a treatment or price of product, he did all he could to aid both concerns.
Tips
I would suggest visiting a dermatologist any time you are having trouble with your skin. Use your employer medical benefits and you can stay on the cheaper side of services. Do your research as you want to find a good Doctor that will be helpful and convenient for you.
