Description of service
A 2 hour walking tour through Balboa Park in San Diego. There were 20 or so people in our group. The person leading the tour was a volunteer. I tipped her 5 dollars.
Review of Service
This was pretty great. Our tour leader was very knowledgeable and fun. She did a good job keeping everyone moving quickly without making us feel like we were being rushed. She knew a lot not only about the architecture but also she knew everything about the plants and some of the animals and birds too. There were a few questions she didn't know the answer to but she freely admitted it and sounded like she thought they were all good questions. I got the feeling she'd be looking them up as soon as the tour was over. We were told the walk would be leusirely but it was actually kind of rough for some older members of our group.
Tips
Make sure you bring some water along as they might not stop for you to get some. I'd say use the restroom before you take off too for the same reason. Wear your walking shoes and if you have an older member in your party this might not be the best for them.
