the Price of Reflexology

For this price I got 1 hour of hand/feet treatment. When I got there, they offered me a glass of water and took me to a relaxing room with dim lighting and a fountain. I was then introduced to the reflexologist and taken to her room. Once there I took off my shoes and socks and got onto the massage table. She asked me why I was there and I told her it was to help eliminate work stress and that I had heard that reflexology was good for this. She nodded and told me to lay back and shut my eyes and relax. She then proceed to massage and stretch my feet and hands, using massage cream.

Wonderful! I left there feeling as relaxed as I do after a full-body massage. I would recommend to anyone. Its great too if you are not someone who is comfortable getting naked in front of strangers, as you only have to remove your socks and shoes. I thought the price was a bit high but afterward felt it was worth it. I don't know if it will help me long-term to deal with work stress, but I sure left there not caring about work at all!

Massage is expensive and for some reason reflexology is even more expensive. Maybe because its so specialized. Anyway, be prepared to pay for it.
