the Price of Reflexology

Reflexology is an ancient form of therapeutic massage. I recently became interested in reflexology and it has transformed my life! My Mum once went for the reflexology which she said was very painful but insisted that I should try it. On trying it i found it was certainly a relaxing and pleasurable experience. My mum went to some yoga club and they have organized reflexology camp where i went for it. The money they charged was $150 per session that lasts around an hour and a half.

Reflexologists believe that the soles of the feet are split into different zones that are linked to specific organs of the body so by activating them or by transferring energy to them they can heal any organ. That is the basic knowledge behind it. A young nice thai lady gave me reflexology activating various acupressure points on my feet and it was painful in the starting but then it was all pleasure and relaxing. It was a good experience.

Be calm and think about something good during reflexology session if you feel pain as it only lasts for some time and then it feel really awesome. You can also do some of it at your own or learn it to some extent. It really helps after massage as you can revive the same effect to some extent, do some simple steps like place your palms on either side of the foot and roll the foot between your hands or with firm pressure slide the fingers into the channel towards the ankle until the channel stops.
