Reflexology is an ancient form of therapeutic massage. I recently became interested in reflexology and it has transformed my life! My sister once went for the reflexology which she said was very painful but insisted that I should try it. On trying it i found it was certainly a relaxing and pleasurable experience. My mum went to some yoga club and they have organized reflexology camp where i went for it. The money they charged was $120 per session that lasts around an hour.

Amazing! I left there feeling as relaxed as I do after a full-body massage. I would recommend to anyone. Its great too if you are not someone who is comfortable getting naked in front of strangers, as you only have to remove your socks and shoes. I don't know if it will help me long-term to deal with work stress, but I sure left there not caring about work at all!
Tips
I would recommend, if possible, NOT having to drive or do anything immediately after the session, since it puts you in a state of such relaxation and contentment afterwards. I would also recommend making sure that the reflexologist is very knowledgeable about his/her trade and NOT someone who's there just to massage your feet. They should understand the touchpoints of your feet and how they affect your bo
