Description of service
I received Lasik surgery on both of my eyes. The surgery lasted less than 30 minutes and afterwards my eyesight was 20/20. I had to wear protective eyeware over my eyes for 48 hours and had to take 2 days off work to rest my eyese because i spend quite a bit of time on the computer at work.
Review of Service
The staff was very friendly and very patient. From my first consultation to my actual surgery day they explained every detail and step of the process until I fully understood it. They answered all of my questions and put all of my fears to bed. All of the reasearch online and in person made my decision to get the surgery done. I was given a tour of the entire facility and introduced to all of the staff. I was able to view video of surgery and examine all of the equipment prior to starting surgery. By this time i was completely comfortable and ready to go.
Tips
I would suggest that anyone going to get any sort of occular surgery that you research the procedure you're going to get, make sure that you are a great candidate, and get referrals from other professionals and even patients if you can. I would speak to the staff members and make sure you are 100% comfortable with everyone you'll be dealing with as well as every part of the procedure.
