It worked like it said on the box. We sold a house we had been leasing out for a while and we finally decided on a price with the people leasing it. We found we weren't really prepared to deal with all the paperwork involved in transferring ownership and the real estate agents we talked to wanted their usual cut, even though the house didn't need to be advertised or shown or whatever. But we found one real estate agent through a friend's recommendation that billed herself as a "discount broker" and was willing to take only a flat fee for closing the deal and taking care of the paperwork.

Took about a week to get everything sorted, but that's not bad for what's involved in selling a house.

Don't simply accept the real estate agent's assertion that they only do their services one way. If you need something unusual and the first one you talk to won't do what you want, keep looking until you find one that will.
