Review of Service
This class was a waste of time and money. I am always looking for a good dance class and good lessons to keep me busy and in shape, and this wasn't one of them. I have some experience in dance, though it has been a long time since I have utilized those skills to the full effect. I thought a beginners class would be good since I have no background in contemporary dance. Most of the time in class was spent stretching, and then the little bit of time left we had for lesson was so basic I felt I got absolutely nothing from it. I wasn't able to move up to another class, either, because they want to properly assess movement and technique before advancing students, which there was no time for. I would have had to pay for another useless class to get my assessment, which I wasn't willing to do.
Tips
Find out the policies of the school on advancing if necessary. Also find out in advance what is covered in each skill level, so you know right away if you are going to be throwing away good money.
