Description of service

Replaced severely dented hood, including repaint and blending. Front of car had to be disassembled, the old hood removed and disposed of, and the new hood ordered, painted, and installed. The hood was then repainted with part of the front body being blended to match the color.

Review of Service

Speed of service was alright, took several days to turnaround. Staff was helpful, considerate, and expedited the experience greatly. Car looked great after being returned, no indication that the hood had been replaced an repainted. Excellent work for the price. Coffee in the office was bad. Turnaround time was slower than I would have liked; if I did not have a car to use in the interim I would have had to spend more money renting one.

Tips

Get several opinions before committing to work; often prices are the same but this will prevent you from being had by a dishonest repair shop. Of course check the internet for pricing and expect to be without your car for several days. For body work contact your insurance company for recommendations or their preferred shops, most large shops are reputable but be careful not to cheap out in search of a quick buck in savings.
