Description of service
Five year old Little League, T ball and pitch baseball that was ran by the county park district. I signed up my two boys, whom are from a set of triplets, total cost including equipment was $500.00
Review of Service
Overall it was a positive experience. I did have a few issues that included the batting coach who did the line up for each game, thinking that since I had two children playing on the same team it was okay to have only my kids sit out, as we had one child too many on the team to play everyone for the entire game. For the first four games my two boys were the only two not to play the entire game. I had to ask her why she did this. The timing of the games was great, and the ref's were fair. I was alarmed at how competitive some of the parents were and thought that it was a tad over the top for the age group. In addition a four day tournament is too much for the age group as well.
Tips
Prior to signing your children up get them accustomed to hitting a metal bat, ball off of a T' and with dad or mom pitching. It is also wise to help them with catching. This will help them a great deal when they get to the playing field
