Description of service

The service was full orthodontic treatment for our son, which began in January 2008, and is anticipated to last about 2 years. It includes both upper and lower braces, along with all the stuff that leads up to it (ie: rubber bands, two pulled teeth, an appliance and retainers). The $4500 is to be paid by us, not insurance, and is total estimated cost of the service. It does not constitute a full guarantee. That is, it could get higher if un anticipated stuff goes wrong.

Review of Service

So far, we have been very pleased with both the results, and the overall service from our orthodontist. We got recommended to him through other people in town, and thus far he has lived up to our expectations. We couldn't be happier. The gap in our son's teeth has closed so much already, and he really is just early in the process. Also, the staff is very professional and friendly at the same time.

Tips

My best tip would be to get opinions from people in your town that have gone through it before. Customer service and friendly attitude means a lot. Orthodontic work is painful; it means a lot to make the experience more bearable for your child!
