Description of service
I got one session that was about an hour and a half long. The mats were all included in the session and the instructor was very well trained. He was very informative. The cost included water as well and wasn't too filled with people. Only about 15 people were there and each person got a little bit of individual attention if they were performing a stance improperly.
Review of Service
The service was enjoyable and well worth the money. The instructor was very informed and I learned a lot about the breathing and stretching exercises. The best part was the music. The place was also heated really hot so that stretching and flexibility were a bit easier. The mats were clean and the place was very neat. I wouldn't pay $25 to do it all the time, but I would go for awhile then do it on my own at home.
Tips
Sometimes you can go experience a class for free once so that you can see if you will enjoy it. Then you can enroll or actually pay for classes. This is a good choice because you may not like the class, instructor or size of the class. Also try to see if your personal gym offers yoga classes.
