Description of service

I received my cell phone bill last month and I have a 1000 min plan for $60. They also charged me $8 in Government taxes and fees, and then an additional $3 for company charges. I was then charged about $10 for text message usage which I thought i had a plan for. My total bill was now $81 when i had budgeted $60.

Review of Service

I have pretty much always been satisfied with my cell phone provider. The only thing i didn't understand is where did these taxes come from and what was the purpose of paying them. I also don't know why they allow you to make and accept text messages if you don't have it on your plan. That means that i will have to pay for a text I receive , even if I don't either know the person or even want to talk to them. They should automatically block that feature the same way they block your calls when you don't pay the bill.

Tips

My advice is that everyone should contact with their cell phone provider to check what exactly the plan they have entails. Some companies offer an option for you to block certain features so that you wont get a shocking bill at the end of the month. goodluck.
