This price includes may things from the accountant. They do all of the end of year tax reconciliation for the previous year. They prepare all the of documents that need to be sent out for taxes and provide envelops and addresses. They come out twice a year to keep things up to date with your accounting records and balance everything. They are there for over the phone consultations or questions. IF they have to come out to your office for a reason other then the two times scheduled then you are charged a specific amount for that visit.

They service is great. They came out early enough to make sure that the taxes were done on time. They provided all the necessary items that needed to be sent out to the state and federal government. My specific accountant was always available to me if I had a question or did not know what a specific document was about. I like the fact that there is separate amount when it comes to extra visits because that way I am not paying for something that I don't use.

Try and get a referral from a friend. If you pull someone from the phone book they make not be what you are looking for. Make sure that you use someone that really knows the ins and out of the accounting process.
