Description of service
I took my car into a dealership/repair shop because I had ripped the front bumper off my car and, as it turned out, I needed a new one. They ordered the part for me, painted it to match my car, and installed it on my vehicle. I simply dropped my car off at the shop and they called me when it was ready. They also buffed out a few scratches that were sustained in the incident.
Review of Service
I've used this shop for a very long time and have always been impressed with them - their service is fast and the people who work there are extremely friendly. My car looked good as new when I went to pick it up, and the workmanship was solid. I've had no problems since. The buffing of my car was something I didn't ask for and wasn't charged for - they just did it because they saw the scratches. How nice!
Tips
Local is definitely the way to go with repairs, I think. I've known these guys since I moved to town, and everyone else knows them too. They have a reputation of honesty and friendliness, which is really what you want beyond workmanship.
