Description of service
The $10000 price tag for home decorating may sound a bit outlandish, but it was for new furniture and designs in my master bedroom as well as my living room. The total cost of course included the design, but as far as furniture it included a new bedroom set, bed, two dressers, makeup table, tv nook, window treatments and bedding. The living room included a couch, love seat, chair, coffee table, tv nook and window treatments. So considering it included all this from a fairly decent furniture store it's no wonder it cost $10000. I just wished it included a tv for each new room, but I guess I can just find and buy my own.
Review of Service
The two ladies that worked on my home were very professional and courtious. It didn't bother them that they had to take off their shoes while in my house. They created a great display board and computer rendering of what they wanted to do in the room. It was amazing to see what the room would look like before it was even finished. I would definitely have my entire home decorated by these ladies if I could afford it. Maybe I can save up and talk my wife into doing it again.
Tips
You can easily spend way more than I did, so just be aware that a budget may be just a minimum that things could cost. Furniture is expensive and so is a designer. Overall I would recommend a similar service.
