Description of service

They gym that I joined had a $50 enrollment fee and costs $50/month and it costs $50 to rent a personal locker for the year. I chose to get my own locker so I can leave my gym bag there as opposed to keeping it in my car or at home. Of course you still get a locker if you don't pay $50. You just can't leave your stuff in it overnight. Some additional classes cost more money, but I have yet to try any of them. The gym membership is good at 6 local gyms in the area and can be used at other with a minimal fee of $3.

Review of Service

Like many it was my New years resolution to lose weight so I weighed the options and decided that a year gym membership would be the best option for loosing weight. The gym I chose is nationally recognized and has a number of locations, so wherever I am I have no excuse not to go to the gym. Each location has its own special things such as swimming pool, climbing wall, ice skating, weights, fitness machines, indoor track, sauna, massage service and even day care. Of course the day care is extra, but if I had kids that would be a dream. since joining I have been going to the gym 4 times/week and love every minute of it. The friendly staff welcome me everytime and that just makes it a bit easier to lose weight. the locker room and showers are always clean and friendly, exactly what you would want. On a cold day nothing feels better than a few minutes in the sauna to unwind after a hard workout. I feel like I'm getting my moneys worth for this investment. It's not an investment in the gym. It's an investment in my future as a thin and fit person.

Tips

Some of the time certain gyms have a few more kids than I would like, but they seem to cater fairly well to them. So if this is a concern you might want to ask and see if that is a typical problem. Also certain times of the day can be very busy, but over time you will get a better idea of when you should go to the gym if you don't want it to be busy.
