Description of service
Our family had a custom sign made for our family reunion. We got a 16x20 sign with 2 colors made. There was no logo or anything it was all words and numbers. It cost $100.00. Extra colors would have been extra. Our color options were all basic colors. Logo would have been extra.
Review of Service
The first sign they made us was terrible. The numbers and words bled together. It looked like it had been rained on or something and everything had melted. We picked it up and didn't notice how terrible it looked until we opened it when we got home. We had to take it back and have it redone on a rush. It did end up looking really good once it was done but we felt like we should have gotten some kind of discount for our hassle and we weren't offered anything like that.
Tips
Definitely don't just go with the cheapest option. Paying extra and not having to return it and stress that it wouldn't be done on time was not worth the money we saved. After everything was done we researched them on the internet and found a lot of other people complaining. Definitely ask people for recommendations if you get a custom sign made.
