the Cost of Custom Signs

I had a specially sign made for our small store in a very rurual area. I took my idea to a graphic design store in Pt Angeles giving the people my ideas. From that they designed a sign 36" X 44". It was in two colors on a white background. It was placed on a plastic coated board so to be weather proof. The design was very innovative.

As for the service rendered, it as excellent. They gave me a time period of at least a week but called me within 3 days to say the sign was ready for pickup. One thing,I feel was great about the service, is they listened to me. They got a good feel of what type of sign I wanted plus what I wanted to convey to the public. The cost was reasonable. This is a small locally owned business, and the people are generally involved in doing a good job and producing a godd product.

Before contacting any company for doing a sign, have in mind what you want. It is a good idea to sketch out what you need. Always call the store first, find out what basic costs are and how long it would take to have the sign made. Once decided which store to use, go in and speak with the people. Don't leave or sign up for anything you don't understand.
