Description of service

I personally have 3 homes and they all have home owners insurance on them. This one if for my own home that I live in year round. The reason it is so high is because we have a inground swimming pool. So if you think chemicals cost money, yep they do. But the home owners insurance is more per year than the pool costs us per year.

Review of Service

Now of course the home owners insurance price is high. I called my rep and said hey we first bought 5 years ago this house and we were only paying under 600. Now I understand things don't get cheaper but 5 years and more than 100% increase is out there. The rep said well you have a LOW deductable. I said well how low is it zero? The rep said it's 500. I said well I think we need to change that so we did.

Tips

The best part about this is no matter what each year we are claim free after 3 years we get a check for 1/4 of our premium paid in cash. Including auto insurance too since we have them with the same company. I certainly won't mind that check when it shows up in 12 months now since I am that close to getting a check again. I had recieved one in the past but we had a son who had a few accidents and nothing too BAD but lost our pay check since we had claims. So look maybe for some kind of policy with a check after claims free coverage, maybe even with combined auto insurance. Good LUCK.
