Description of service

I had an oil change that was to include oil, filter, and a top off of all fluids including washer fluid. The charge was for labor, conventional oil, and a new filter.

Review of Service

The service took FOREVER. I signed my car up in a line, this was a large discount store, not an oil change place. I must have waited at least 2 hours before my car was even taken in to the garage. I specifically asked for the type of washer fluid that wold not freeze. After another 2 hours, my car was finished. The oil change was fine. A week later, perhaps, my whole washer fluid tank froze, and I had to take it back to the place and have them thaw it and do what I'd asked for in the first place. It was a very cheap oil change, but It seems that you get what you pay for.

Tips

If you are looking for an oil change, ask about the waiting time. If I hadn't waited 4 hours, I wouldn't have been so bothered by the wrong kind of washer fluid. It seemed too good to be true, and this wasn't even the lowest price option. So, if it seems to good to be true, it is.
