It cost $79.00 for my three year old daughters yearly well child visit to her pediatrician. The consultation costs $65.00 and it cost an additional $14.00 for lab work.
Review of Service
My daughter sees her pediatrician every year for a well child consultation. The visit had to be scheduled a few months before her third birthday because her pediatricians is always booked well in advance for these type of appointments. I like to take my children well child visits because they assure me that my children are developing mentally and physically on schedule. The doctor spoke with me about my daughters eating habits, how well she speaks, the way that she interacts with other children and adults, and other topics that were related to her daily behavior. He also did a physical check up as well. After reviewing her chart, the doctor asked me if I had any concerns. He then ordered to her blood and urine checked to make sure that everything is fine. He assured me that she is a normal and healthy three year old girl. I was happy with the outcome of the visit.
Tips
Even though I felt that my daughter was healthy and developing on schedule, I feel that regular check ups are important. If there had been something that I hadn't noticed, the doctor would have a chance to discover it.
