the Price of Arts and Crafts Classes for Kids

The arts and crafts classes that I took my kids to consisted of either an hour long class or during the summer 4 hr morning or after noon sessions. The classes cover a wide range of crafts including pottery (which included using the potters wheel), glass beads, painting, jewelry making. Enough time was devoted to each topic to get a good feeling for that type of craft.

The classes offerred a wide range and variety of arts and crafts for the kids to try. Each type of craft had an activity that gave the kids a decent feel for what was involved in the craft and gave the kids a chance to find out if they really liked that craft and if they wanted to do more of the craft in the future. The teachers were very good with the kids. They were very patient and considerate with the kids questions and understanding if the kids needed extra help.

If you have a boy and a girl as I do, it is usually worth it to check out what the subject of the class is before taking the kids. My daughter was interested in most of the subjects but my son was clearly not interested in the jewelry making.
