Description of service
I take my husbands dress shirts once a week to get washed and pressed. They come back very clean and nicely starched. It only costs $1.50 per shirt. If I take them before 8:00am on a week day they are back by 5:00pm the same day. If I deliver them after 8:00am I can pick them up the following day. If I take the shirts to the cleaner on the weekend I can pick them up Monday after 5:00pm.
Review of Service
I love this service. I was reluctant at first to use a dry cleaning service because I had heard some horror stories about lost items and so forth but now I wish I would have started this practice sooner. The shirts look nicer than when I wash them on delicate cycle and plus I don't have to take the time to iron them! I haven't had any problems with this particular cleaner. They are friendly. Plus since this particular place also has groceries I can get my shopping and dry cleaning done in one stop. Over all the time it saves me makes it worth the money that we spend on it each week and I was surprised that it was only $1.50 per shirt. As much as I dislike ironing this is a steal!
Tips
The only tip I have is to ask for reputable places to get your dry cleaning done. Also ask about the lost and stolen clothing article policy that they have so you can be informed in advance of the proper protocol just in case.
