This price included use of three large rooms for a nine hour period, one hour of appetizer service served by staff, sit down three course dinner service for 200 guests, buffet dessert, tables, chairs, linens, dishes, and cutlery for the meal, bar service but not the price of bar service but not for liquor, valet parking and coat room service for all guests. The cost of tasting the menu was not included.

Staff was polite and friendly to guests; linens, furniture, dishes, and cutlery were of moderately high quality but not the highest, and no choices were given as far as patterns/colors. Food was well prepared, hot, and delicious. Bar attendants were polite but many guests had to wait for their drink because only two attendents were provided for all of the guests.

Make sure you find out if tasting the menu is included in the price of the facility; this can be quite expensive otherwise. Tasting the food is important because this will leave a lasting impression on guests. Make sure you are happy with the attitude and comportment of the staff at your first few visits to the site. It is helpful to visit the site during an event similar to yours so you can get an idea of how things will run.
