The service was okay. The price was right for an all-wheel-drive vehicle and for the necessary tires for the Jaguar, but installation took forever. A job that was only supposed to take an hour or so ended up taking several hours. The little waiting room of the store was fine for adults waiting to get new tires or other vehicle maintenance, but for a mom with kids, it was a nightmare sitting and waiting for so long. The employees were friendly in a phony sort of way--I could tell they were trying to sell their services to the people coming in or waiting, and trying to get people to upgrade to better, more expensive tires or brakes or any other wares they were hawking. While I haven't had any issues with the tires put on my vehicle, or the alignment since they were put on, I am wary of going back to that particular shop in the future. I feel at any minute I could be taken for more money or some other "unexpected" issue during the installation. I'm not sure I would recommend this place to my friends or family.

Know what you want an/or need before going into a tire place so that you aren't talked into something you may or may not need. Do some research, and stick to your guns when you walk in so that you aren't taken for a ride when you get there.
