Description of service

This is my review of a local body shop. It is connected to a well-known national chain, but maintains a small-town feel in a city of 600,000 residents.

Review of Service

When I took my car in, because of my brakes squeaking brakes, they men at the front desk were able to tell my just how much of my brakes were gone and how safe it was for me to drive over the next few days until I was able to get the car in the shop. At that time they gave me an estimate of how long the repair would take and and estimate (which turned out to be a little low) of the total cost. They were friendly and very social to me, but it became clear soon enough that they were not going to get me the car by the time they had promised. To make up for this (they had to look around to find brake pad to fit my Subaru), they changed my oil, topped off all my other fluids, and changed my belts for free. By doing this they insured that we would never go anywhere else!

Tips

Talk to people and find out who they are taking their cars to. If they are excited about the service, that is where you want to be spending your money!
