I paid for the total cost of the parts that were needed as well as the huge cost of labor. I also had to pay for paint matching. I did not have to pay a gratuity.

I was pretty happy with where I got my WRX repaired at, they did a great job. I wish the labor wasn't so expensive, but thankfully my insurance company took care of it. The right door on my car was damaged and it had to be completely replaced. They painted the outside of the new door, but the inside of it did not match my interior, which I had to pay extra for. I also had to pay for a new mirror and the wiring that was done to the inside of my car.

Make sure you get your car repaired at a certified dealer. This can make a huge difference from those guys who will charge a ton of money and do a mediocre job. Also, ask beforehand how long the repairs are going to take to get done and get quotes from several different companies. Your best bet is to go to a repair shop that works specifically on your make of cars, because they tend to be experts in that field.
