Description of service

This service is for co-op print and mail advertising to 1000 multi-level marketing (mlm) customers. This company was a small home-based operation that mailed by bulk mail (which is why it is so cheap). Co-op print and mail is a service that mails your full page advertising page along with about 20-30 other pages from other customers in the same mailing. They usually don't have a specific date when they mail the circulars because they first have to get enough for each mailing. Generally this takes about 4 weeks.

Review of Service

I would rate this type of advertising as "poor". I am not sure about the larger co-op print and mail companies, but, the small kitchen table companies did not do so well for me. Bulk mail is known to be far less effective than first class mailings, so, this could be the reason for the lack of responses.

Tips

One tip I would suggest is that if you are planning to do this type of campaigning, use companies that are reputable. After all, you don't have any proof that the mailings ever took place. You will receive a "checking copy", but, that does not prove how many mailings actually were sent out.
