Description of service

My trainer worked for a private gym, and doing so, his expenses were reduced, so his cost was less. I paid $400 for 15 training sessions. I feel I got an awesome deal. He customized a three day strenuous workout routine for me. He would start our session by getting me on the treadmill and then would go through the stretches and count the repetitions. He then would encourage me to do abdominal exercises, as well as do them with me.

Review of Service

He was a great trainer! He kept me very motivated and helped me stay on task because he was so 'hands on'. He kept changing the routine as my fitness levels changed, or as I got bored with the same routine. I liked the gym, but I especially liked the way I looked after it!

Tips

For anyone looking for a trainer, I would suggest interviewing a few to see who you feel comfortable working with. If you don't feel comfortble, or you do not think they're knowledgeable, you will not work as hard. Having someone you find attractive also doesn't hurt. It will make you want to impress that person. Also, find a picture of someone that has a body you are trying to attain. This will keep you motivated. And remeber to stick with it. You probably won't see results in the first few sessions, but just remember to stick with it. You will.
