Review of Service
I ordered satelite service and recieved it for less than the retail price. I thought that this was a very good deal for my budget. The installer was very nice, and took the time to explain how to use the service. I had trouble figuring out how to use the remote, but he explained each and every feature.
I did not have to pay for installation. The reason that he did this was because I was not told I would have to pay an installation fee, and he understood the situation with my budget.
He also made sure that I got a few premium channels free for three months. That was a real nice thing to do, and he didn't have to.
He cleaned up his workspace, and didn't leave behind any spare parts or mess.
Tips
Explain you situation. Lots of times, they are willing to cut a deal.
Stay out of their way, that way they'll get the job done fast. But stay close, so that if there's something you don't understand, you can speak up and ask. They want to help you, don't wander off!
