I thought I had to pay a lot more, because the technician started talking about a special piece that needed to be replaced. They came back in the next day and brought the machine. The man even tested it while there and assured me that the machine was really working.

The service, as a whole was very good, dealing with the problem in such a short notice. They also showed a good degree of professionalism by testing the machine with me and not leaving it, They really meant to check if the machine was indeed repaired.

Choosing a good repair service is very important. Try to ask what guaranties they offer. Even if this takes a few more dollars, they sure are worth it.
