This insurance is a yearly amount but it can be paid monthly for additional $2.00 per month, so to save a few dollars I pay it all at once. This is a comprehensive policy broken down as follows:

Bodily Injury Liability - $100,000 each person, $300,000 each occurrence

Property Damage Liability - $100,000 Each occurrence

Uninsured Motorists (Bodily Injury) - $50,000 each person, $100,00 each accident

Medical Expense - $2,000 each person

Collision Deductible - $250

Comprehensive Deductible - $250

Luckily, I have not had to make a claim on my motorcycle as of yet. They offer pay over the internet and I can view my policies and claims from my account on their web page, which is very user friendly and a great time saver. They send you monthly reminders of payments due to your email and you can even opt-out of receiving any paper statments at all. The web site is very easy to naviagate and make payments on and they usually respond within 24 hours of all requests.

I recommned that you shop around for the best price. Luckily because I have my home, 3 automobiles, supplemental life insurance and my motorcycle all insured under the same company, I get huge price breaks. So, I recommend that you check with your existing insurance provider first because they may be able to offer you price breaks where if you go with a third party it may be more expensive.
