Description of service

The office we went to specialized in providing sedation for pediatric patients. Since we had insurance the cost covered the sedation of one of my children for their filling. They allow the parent to be in the room during the sedation portion of it which is also nice. I think it makes both the child and the parent comfortable. Also they give direct contact #'s for the dentist both lines are their personal cell and house in case they are needed. After they are done they allow for the child to function before they take them to their parent. Children also get a snack on the way home.

Review of Service

I really like it. they make the kids feel at home and they also can assist with special needs children. They have a neat play area that has a slide, video games, and other toys so the children can play and get comfortable with the atmosphere. They also give little toys and balloons when the child is done.

Tips

Research the dentist first. Make sure they take the insurance and also ask about payment plans. Most offices are into payment plans. You might also want to make certian they are pediatric dentists. Some dentists state that they do both but they are used to more adults and this can traumatize a child.
