Description of service
The price included an examination off all the teeth and a mini cleaning. Only one cavity was found and the doctor filled it during the same visit. The examination and cleaning was $80, and the filling was $95, which totaled $175 for everything.
Review of Service
I was really pleased the doctor was able to fix the cavity during the same visit. The doctor was very compassionate toward my child and understood how leery children are of doctors in general. He made it fun and even had my child involved in the process. Wait time was minimal and the actually filling of the cavity took no time at all. The only part that hurt was the needle for the Novocain. The clearing of the cavity didn?t hurt, but it was scary, and I had to hold down my child, but the doctor was very understanding and had patience.
Tips
Prep your child for a dentist visit so they are not scared and they understand what to expect. Fear of the unknown was a big factor during our appointment. Our dentist offers a "pre-visit" where the child just gets to look around and meet everyone and look at all the equipment than come back later for the real appointment.
