Description of service

The above price is for a one way rental of a 17 foot moving truck. It did not require any special licensing, and I had to return the truck with the tank in the same place it was when I rented it (it was at 3/4 full when I rented it and I had to return it at 3/4 full)

Review of service

The truck was great. It really drives nicely (empty and full,) and there's nothing complicated about it. I'll admit a bit of fear of driving a "big" truck, but aside from the lack of a rear-view mirror, it was just like any other driving. The customer service wasn't so great. They were supposed to call me the day before pickup with details, but I ended up having to call them. Also, when I picked up the truck, they didn't have any dolly's for rent. I can say that the location I dropped the truck off at was pretty nice, and the service there was passable.

Tips

Make sure you order a truck that's big enough for all your stuff. I came perilously close to not having enough room, and if I had upgraded to the next size up it would only have cost me a small amount (roughly 20 dollars,) and it would have saved a lot of heartache. Also, if you're doing a one-way rental, make sure that they allot sufficient miles to travel from the pick-up location to the drop-off location or you'll have to pay a large per-mile charge.
