These temporary retail employees understand how to operate the cash drawer and help sell items and help people check out their items who are currently shopping at the retail store in question that is hiring these temporary retail employees at the time that the real retail employees need to be replaced for the reasons mentioned above. Temporary retail employees will attempt to manage their checkout machine consistently for whatever time or amount that they are working for to replace the real retail employees at the time that they need to be replaced. This pays for the temporary retail employees hourly wages.

I thought the quality of the service that I received was terrible because all of the temporary retail employees that I received to replace my real retail employees said inappropriate words and did not perform their jobs to a satisfactory level. There was absolutely nothing good about this services as it was very very bad for what I expected that I would receive for the amount of money I was paying for these services by the hour. The employees consistently stole money and did not show up on time and were extremely mean to the customers who were waiting in line to check things out or were currently checking things out.

Find a trustworthy company. Try to have reliable people take over the retail employees job. Make sure that the temporary retail employees understand exactly what it is that they are doing.
