the Cost of Breast Augmentation

This was the price I paid for a bilateral breast augmentation. My breast size increased from a 34B to a 34D. The plastic surgeon who performed the surgery was part of a plastic surgery group. The price included all fees associated with the breast augmentation including the consultation, post operative care, anesthesia, and surgeon fees. I decided to go with saline implants, although silicone implants are now considered a safe option. This plastic surgery group performs many different surgical procedures including rhinoplasty, breast reduction, lip augmentation, chin implants, as well as various dermatological procedures.

I feel like this was a reasonable price to pay for breast augmentation. The surgeon did a wonderful job- I have minimum scarring (the incision was made in my arm pit area.) I think my breasts look amazing. However, I am not totally happy with the way I look in clothes with the implants. They give you an appearance of looking larger all over, where as I always looked very slim before.

Make sure you get referrals from friends, family, or your doctor. This is not something you want to jump into without knowing how well your surgeon performs. Also, consider all aspects of your surgery before making a decision!
