I had my breasts increased from a size 36A to 36C. I chose saline implants. I got a referral from my general physician to go to a plastic surgery group that has an excellent reputation in my area. $6250 included all costs associated with the surgery with the exception of pain medication I was prescribed.

They were very respectful doctors. I did meet with several different doctors through the course of my journey and if I could change one thing it'd be that I would have had a dedicated doctor. That said, I was never made to feel like just a number. The doctor's were always very familiar with my chart before they came in to speak with me.

Make sure your general practioner checks you over before getting this or any elective surgery. The group I went to included pre and post surgery counseling. You had to pass a basic mental health exam in order to get the surgery. I thought it was kind of silly at first but looking back I'm glad I went with a company who was ethical enough to not want to work on people with body issues. Make sure you feel very comfortable before you go under the knife.
