the Cost of Honda Motorcycle Repair

My Honda CBR had recently been into a small accident which tough had caused not much damage externally but the engine had started making a lot of unwanted sounds. During acceleration, there were some harsh sounds suggesting extra load on the engine and improper acceleration. I opted for an inexpensive local motorcycle repair garage. No parts were changed but i was still charged $50 for the repair.

I was quite satisfied with the service at that time but after some time i realized that the mileage of my bike had come down a great deal. Though that particularly unwanted sound was done away with and the acceleration improved but the fuel comsumption was pathetic. The after effects of the service costed me dearly and i had to finally visit an authorised Honda service centre.

I would suggest to all motorcycle owners never to visit any local repairing garage as they solve the problem temporarily and after visiting them, you soon find new problems with the vehicle, as has happened with me on more than one occasions. You should always visit company owned service centres which, though are comparatively expensive, offer full customer satisfaction and are the best for the motorcycle. Sometimes these small mechanics try to sell you cheap duplicate spare parts.
