This price only included the labor for the sew in weave. The $75 included a hair wash, blow dry and a weave sew in. There were no other fees charged by the stylist. I had to purchase the hair weave from a beauty supply store, and that was the most expensive part of the whole job. I spent a little over $100 for the hair. That's only because of the type of hair that I bought.

Hair weave comes in different qualities, so it is possible to purchase hair for $20 or less. It's really about what you like.

Normally the labor of sewing in a hair weave is at least $125.

I was very pleased with the service. When the stylist braided my hair for the sew in, she didn't do it too tight. The weave was sewn in to look natural and I was plased that it lasted for more than 4 weeks. I was able to wash and style the hair with no problems.

I would advise individuals to shop around and compare prices when considering having a weave job. Price is not everything, so it's also important to see pictures of work that the stylist completed prior to setting an appointment.
