I feel good about the service that I am using. I have used other insurance companies that have cost more money for the same coverage. Overall I do think that I am receiving a great value for my money. The company is courteous, helpful and very considerate of each individual that uses their service. They go out of their way to help you in all of your insurance needs. This company keeps good knowledge of your account and actually pays attention in detail. When I married my husband they we sure to give us the discount rate without us asking. Also when it was time for my husbands SR22 to come of his file it was simple, they took care of it. I have spoken to others who have said they have had to fight with their insurance company to remove/prove it was time for the SR22 to come off of their file. They also offer an online service to pay your bill which is always a bonus feature with any company!
